Your coach in the room,
not just on your phone.
Combat Performance Lab coaches athletes online all over the world, and in person in Amsterdam. 1:1 Personal Training coaching is for athletes who want Khalid next to them: watching every rep, adjusting the plan on the spot and pushing the session when it matters.
Same system as the online coaching, with one big difference: every session is coached live. You get a proper assessment, sessions that fit around your fight gym, and a plan for the days you train on your own.

Everything you get
when we train together.
Performance assessment
Your first session is a hands-on assessment: how you move, where you're strong and where you leak power. Training starts from real numbers, not guesses.
Every rep coached
Lifts, jumps, sprints and drills are coached live. Technique gets corrected in the moment, and loads are adjusted to how you actually feel that day.
Built around your fight schedule
Sessions are planned around your skill training, sparring and fight dates, so strength work supports what you do in the gym instead of competing with it.
Strength, power and conditioning
The qualities that decide rounds: force, speed, repeat power and a gas tank that holds up when the pace goes up.
Durability and comebacks
Shoulders, neck, hips and knees trained to take the load. Coming back from an injury? Training is adjusted around it, in contact with your physio.
Progress you can measure
Key tests are repeated every block, so you can see exactly what is improving and the plan keeps moving forward.
